My name is Elena Tarasova.
I am an osteopathic physician with more than 15 years of experience working with patients of all ages, from infants to older adults.

Education and professional training:
- Graduated with honors from a medical lyceum in Krasnodar.
- Earned a diploma with distinction in General Medicine at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN), Moscow.
- Completed cardiology residency at the National Medical Research Center of Cardiology named after A. L. Myasnikov, Ministry of Health of Russia.
- Completed osteopathy and medical massage training at RUDN, Moscow.
- Graduated from the Russian Higher School of Osteopathic Medicine (RVSHOM), Saint Petersburg (full osteopathic education, 4 years).
- Defended a research paper on the impact of osteopathic treatment on the course of essential hypertension.
- Obtained a third specialization as a physician in preventive, integrative, and anti-age medicine (PreventAge).

Professional practice:
I regularly complete advanced training courses in osteopathy at RVSHOM and I am an active member of the Russian Osteopathic Association.
In my practice, I combine classical medicine, osteopathy, and principles of preventive care, working not only with symptoms but also with root causes, taking into account the patient's age, lifestyle, and individual characteristics.
